In this project, we preform a feasibility study on how realistic it would be to open an outdoor recreation facility in Florence, Alabama. We analyze our needs, expected costs, and expected revenue. We also detail a schedule of operation and necessary staff. The goal of the project is displayed at the end when we use a sales pitch to ask the reader for a loan.
